Richard started in the masonry industry in 1972, working first as a labourer building the Stanley Park seawall. Over the next three decades, he worked with many contractors and home owners to make their visions a reality. In 2009, he got a call from a long time Whistler customer who was looking for a solution to the efflorescence problem their client was having. This changed everything and North West Stone Care was born.

Today, North West Stone Care is a boutique, family run company. Everyone on the team is trained personally by Richard, to his exacting standards. He has a passion for stone and a knowledge base that reflects this. Our customers appreciate being able to relax, knowing they are in good hands with his high level of integrity and expertise.
